The boys set off to the 82nd Goodwood Members Meeting on 10th April taking 2 BMW 1800 Neue Klasse cars for Robin Ellis and Tim Layzell.
Testing went well on Friday 11th and qualifying on Saturday 12th.
We shared a shelter with Wes from West Suffolk Racing making a fitting line up of red, white and blue for Goodwood.
Race day was Sunday 13th April and both drivers drove really well showing that these Classic BMW’s are still competitive against many others from their generation.
Robin Ellis finished a respectable 19th overall and Tim Layzell finished a fantastic 12th. Well done to both drivers and thank you Goodwood for another great meeting.
